In the quaint town of Samdalri, a story of love, loss, and self-discovery unfolds. Jo Yong Pil, driven by the tragic loss of his mother, dedicates his life to becoming a weather forecaster to protect his community. His passion, however, earns him a reputation as a stubborn troublemaker.

Meanwhile, Jo Sam Dal, who grew up with Jo Yong Pil, has always dreamed of leaving Samdalri behind for the bustling city of Seoul. After years of hard work in the fashion photography industry, she finally achieves success but under a different name, Jo Eun Hye. Her world comes crashing down, leading her back to Samdalri, where the past and present collide.

The return of Jo Sam Dal to Samdalri reignites the long-lost connection between her and Jo Yong Pil, stirring up old feelings and new conflicts. As they navigate their rekindled relationship, they must confront the incident that drove them apart and the true depths of their feelings for each other.
